I can't express my appreciation to friends and family who volunteered during Fall Tour.  Without their help the day would not be possible. 

Thank you to all who visited, the weather was not the best but we still had a great time.

 Ready for Fall Tour!

  The horses or so excited about Fall Tour that they are rolling in the dirt.

 The cattle are still wondering why all the people are here.

 Thanks Mary Doezema and Mike Vermerris for helping demonstrate Raku

 Raku takes teamwork.

 Pulling a hot piece 1,800 degrees, from the kiln

 Adding more straw for more reduction

 Blowing on the glaze to make crackle white Raku

 Then post firing reduction to show the crazing

 Well Mike it looks like all that blowing did create some great crackle.

 Mike and Mary had a pretty good day of Raku on Saturday.

 Sheba says thank-you Gary & Albert for bringing treats!

 Kids of all ages enjoyed watching visiting artist Chris Trabka demonstrate on the potter's wheel.

 Everyone enjoyed making their "make-n-take" craft project.

 Horse Hair Raku demos....don't worry my horses still have their tails.

 Artist, Diana Wittliff helped me demo on Sunday

  The farm is quiet again after a fun weekend.

 The animals are relaxing after a weekend of entertaining visitors.

 Now that Fall Tour is over we can harvest the grapes....
